Demetra Fund for
Breast Cancer Research

Mission
The Demetra Fund for Breast Cancer Research was established in 2001 through a generous gift from a member of the Club, with a mission of hope to enhance the quality of life for women, across the world for generations to come, by eradicating breast cancer. The priority of the Endowment is to provide funds to an internationally recognized medical research institution and/or designated research team, which is focused on basic science, clinical research programs, and/or patient care. In the event that breast cancer is eradicated, the Endowment will support other women’s health issues.
